Blogging 101: Zero to Hero (Day 5 – Love Your Theme)

wordpress-web-development

To theme or not to theme? That is the question.

Today’s assignment should have been an easy one for me because I already love my theme! Well – at least I thought I did.

With day five of Blogging 101: Zero to Hero comes this: “Try out at least three other themes — even if you’re happy with the one you first chose. Try one you’re drawn to, and one you would never use.”

I currently use Twenty Twelve and at the time of starting my blog I really liked it. However, the more knowledge I’ve gained with my blog, the more I’ve wondered if I need to change my theme. So, in some ways, this was an exciting assignment to take part in.

I actually ended up clicking on loads of different themes in the end and enjoyed seeing my blog in a different light. But after more than an hour of playing around I realised I was just not ready to part with the one I have.

So thanks Blogging 101 for taking me out of my comfort zone again, but for today I will stick to what I know and already love.
