Mini Meringue (My Sunday Photo – Week 12)

I’m not ashamed to say that this was the only remaining thing left from a wonderful afternoon tea enjoyed at an eatery in Norfolk, UK.

St Giles House, based at St Giles Street, Norwich, is not only delicious by reputation but also in reality.

I was lucky enough to be joined by two very dear friends, where we chatted about work, relationships, the family and life. Perfect cake and cuppa chit-chat.

As well as mini lemon meringues, we enjoyed sandwiches, scones, macaroons and sponge cake.

Thanks OneDad3Girls for hosting My Sunday Photo.
