Blink (Yeah Write – Microstory #257)

I promised myself to savour every precious moment. But stress, exhaustion and impatience took over.

It wasn’t their fault, it was mine. Parenthood can make us all a little crazy.

I wish I had cherished them more. Before the tumour took over.
